Q: Are you a non-profit organization?
​A: Yes, we are a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization. Our EIN number is 81-4811039.

Q: Who is eligible for a Cuddle Pack?
A: Anyone with a scheduled, upcoming cleft-related surgery. We customize each package to fit the age of the recipient.

Q: How are Cuddle Packs funded?
A: Cuddle Packs are funded by sponsors. Sometimes a sponsor is a friend or family member but many time recipients are sponsored by someone they may not know. 

Q: What is included in a Cuddle Pack?
A: Cuddle Packs include a stuffed animal with a matching cleft stitched onto the animal. They will also include the book Shining Scars by Krystian Leonard and our "every smile has a story" shirt or onesie.

Q: Will I be notified if my child is sponsored?
A: No, due to the number of applications we receive we are not able to notify when a child is sponsored. You will receive an email when the child is listed for sponsorship and another with tracking information upon shipment. If you have questions about the status of your application, please email us at [email protected].

Q: When are Cuddle Packs shipped?
A: Cuddle Packs are shipped approximately 1-2 weeks before the scheduled surgery date if the pack has been sponsored. If the pack is sponsored close to the scheduled surgery date it may not arrive before surgery. We try our best to get it shipped in time!

Q: How much notice is needed to receive a Cuddle Pack?
A: Ideally, we would prefer to have at least a months' notice. It takes time to find sponsors, assemble the packs and allow for shipping times. We understand that surgeries are scheduled last minute, and we will do our best to accommodate those requests.

Q: Who can sponsor a Cuddle Pack?
A: Anyone!

Q: How much does a Cuddle Pack Cost?
A: Cuddle Packs are a $25 sponsorship fee for packages shipped within the USA and $30 for international packages. 

Q: Can multiple people sponsor my child?
A: No, the sponsorship fee must be paid in full by one person. We only allow for one package, per child, per surgery. 

Q: Can I still apply if surgery has already passed?
A: Unfortunately, no. We are only able to send a cuddle pack to those with a scheduled upcoming surgery. We do have our stuffed animals available for purchase separately in the online store.

Q: Can you apply for a Cuddle Pack more than once?
A: We only allow for one package, per child, per surgery. You are more than welcome to apply for each surgery your child has but the package contents remain the same. 

Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: Yes! We do ship Internationally. We pay all necessary shipping fees for the package to leave the USA. Every country has their own customs regulations and there may be additional customs charges or taxes for your particular country. We are not responsible for these additional charges. We are currently unable to ship to the Philippines and Brazil.
